Night Skills Program with 3 on 3 Hockey

Hockey is pleased to offer a Skills and 3 on 3 hockey program
which will add to the development of Central Alberta novice
& atom hockey players. Program will consist of 45 minutes
of individual skill development and skating; with the final
30 minutes consisting of a 3 on 3 intersquad scrimmage.
3 on 3 hockey adds to the development of hockey players
as it creates an environment where players make more “game
decisions” and have the opportunity control the puck
more than in a regular 5 on 5 setting.
Sundays,
January 10th - March 7 (no skate Feb 14th)
Novice – 4:30 to 5:45 pm
Atom – 6:00 to 7:15 pm
Springbrook Arena
10 Hours
of instruction & keepsake jersey. Maximum 18 skaters
and 2 goaltenders
