 Jimmy Waite - Goalie Lead Instructor

Jimmy was a first round draft pick , 8th overall, by the Chicago Blackhawks in 1987. He was one of the most highly rated junior goalies. He played with 4 NHL teams including Chicago, San Jose Sharks, Phoenix Coyotes and Toronto Maple Leafs. and subsequently played in the AHL, IHL  and the Europe professional ranks.  Some of Jimmy’s accolades include  

  • Winner, Raymond Lagace Trophy, 1986-87.
  • Named to Quebec Major Junior Hockey League All-Star Second Team, 1986-87.
  • Named to World Junior Championships All-Star Team, 1988.
  • Named Best Goaltender at World Junior Championships, 1988.
  • Named to International Hockey League All-Star First Team, 1989-90.
  • Winner, James Norris Memorial Trophy, 1989-90.

Jimmy is currently an instructor at an annual goaltending school in Quebec.

Glen Goodall

Glen started his hockey career in the WHL at the age of 14 with the Seattle Thunderbirds. He played six seasons with the TBirds and was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings. He went on to play 17 seasons in the DEL German Elite league. He has taught at various hockey schools for over ten years and enjoys coaching at the minor hockey level. Glen is currently a coach for the Pee Wee AA team in Sylvan Lake.
