| Atom 3 on 3 League Teams should be comprised of 6-9 skaters + 1 goaltender. 2 ice times per week. Each ice time will have 2 back to back 30 minutes games. ($189+gst per player for full rostered team) Registration accepted in teams only!! |

| Defenseman Camp ATOM/PEEWEE INSTRUCTION BY KANDY FROEHLICK & PETE VANDERMEER Defence specific training including: pivoting, gap control, transitioning, first pass, odd-man rush positioning, low battles, angling, stick position & net position. 2.5 hours of ice daily 1.25 hours off ice daily including strength trainings, conditioning, skills training with shooting/puck control. |

During Thrive Hockey Schools players are grouped by age and are instructed on the ice in groups designed to maximize the instructor to player ratio and ensure each player receives individual instruction and individual assessment during the course of their training.
Quality instruction and low instructor to student ratios guarantee performance results. It is our aim to help each player, both on and off the ice, strive to reach their goals and become better players.
