| Defenseman Camp BANTAM/MIDGET INSTRUCTION BY KANDY FROEHLICK & PETE VANDERMEER Defence specific training including: pivoting, gap control, transitioning, first pass, odd-man rush positioning, low battles, angling, stick position & net position. 2.5 hours of ice daily 1.25 hours off ice daily including strength trainings, conditioning, skills training with shooting/puck control. |

During Thrive Hockey Schools players are grouped by age and are instructed on the ice in groups designed to maximize the instructor to player ratio and ensure each player receives individual instruction and individual assessment during the course of their training.
