Spring 22 Ringette Camp U12-U14

*2009-2012 born players

1 practice and 1 intersquad scrimmage per week

No ice times on long weekends

Ringette Camp

Explosive skating techniques, skill development & technique refinement including checking, accurate and effective passing and shooting.
Defensive strategies including body positioning, channeling and dominating the triangle.
Rules of Ringette, teamwork and scrimmage time included.

Ringette GAME PLAY 
This camp is all about 3on3, 4on4 and 5on5 game play scrimmages. Get back your hand-eye co-ordination, timing and conditioning. Format will be 5 min warm up & 55 min intersquad scrimmage.
